Fabrication/Assembly
Circle Redmont construction is held to impeccable standards that many simply refuse to follow. Many of the formulas, equipment and processes are as closely guarded as Coca-Cola's formula. All phases and operations are carefully completed with quality assurance controls at each step. Circle Redmont glass structures are designed to withstand the widest environment and temperature tolerances - from the sub zero Arctic to the hottest desert.
Each project is fully assembled, erected and photographed prior to shipment to verify dimensions. We have the equipment required for precision, automation, and volume consistency. Our trained craftsmen operate cutting, welding, mixing and more to exacting tolerances.
Circle Redmont's Architectural Metalworks includes castings to replicate landmarks that comply to historical district restoration regulations.
Transportation
Because of the scope and scale of many of our projects, proper transport is a mini job within a job. Our preparation for project delivery to the build site goes to the extremes with customs crating, rigging trailer truck layout, last on/first off instructions, and easy-to-understand, numeric/alpha/color coded labeling.
We are happy to handle coordination of the trucking or work with a client using their own transport services. For the latter, we will specify to the transport company how product will be shipped, the type of transport truck required, need for a air-ride flatbed, covering, etc. Our delivery package typically includes manifest, plans, loading photos, truck layout diagram, and cross referenced labeling in the CAD files.
Installation/Field Supervision
Circle Redmont offers on-site supervision of installation. Though our products are engineered to minimize on-site work as much as possible, Circle Redmont's on-site supervision maximizes installation efficiency.
Our pre-installation check list ensures the client will have the building site prepared in advance with required equipment, accessibility and personnel. Installation contractors are all provided with instructions focused on their role only.
Custom rigging / handling devices are fabricated and provided when necessary. |
